The HOSPA Revenue Management courses are designed to help you to develop your career in the hospitality sector.

The course content is based on best practice in the sector and follows the guidance and recommendations of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (2014 edition). The course offers three levels of study and successful completion of all three levels leads to Certified Associate Membership of HOSPA enabling members to use AHOSPA Cert (RM) in their business correspondence. 

Hands & Graph Duration: Each Level takes 5 months with courses starting in March and September each year

Cost: £820 + VAT per level

Entry Requirements: For all those seeking to learn more about hospitality revenue management. We have both introductory and advanced levels of study available to suit your requirements.

Course recognition: The course is recognised by People 1st and has been awarded The People 1st Quality Mark which recognises and celebrates training programmes across hospitality, travel and tourism, passenger transport and retail industries that maximise individuals’ development opportunities and help raise standards across the sector.

The HOSPA Revenue Management Programme is comprised of a range of modules in a flexible blended learning approach aimed at aspiring and developing hospitality Revenue Management professionals who wish to gain the skills and knowledge required to manage hospitality Revenue Management departments of the future.

The course is studied in three Levels; each of which takes 5 months to complete.

All levels provide learners with skills, tools and techniques to advance the practice of revenue management.

Introducing the Revenue Management Programme

  • Provides the practical knowledge and understanding required to manage the Revenue Management function in a hotel or hospitality business
  • Enhances career development in this dynamic field
  • Leads to HOSPA Associate (Cert Revenue Management) membership of HOSPA on completion of all modules or with exemptions

The programme utilises both contemporary terminology and professional examples and is assessed through work-based assessments, meaning learners can apply what you learn directly to the workplace. In addition to the study packs, all learners log into our online classroom with access to subject matter experts, additional resources and the EBSCO online library of academic and business journals including the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management.

We recognise the achievements of our students across all three levels of the course and each year HOSPA hosts its Annual Awards Ceremony where prizes are presented to the most successful learners of the year from the HOSPA education programmes.
