Portfolio is the hospitality, leisure travel specialist part of the business and our USP is the matrix with PSD’s functional teams. This provides depth and substance to senior level functional Executive and Management level resourcing. It ensures that experts from the sector are considered and evaluated alongside strong candidates from other relevant consumer markets ensuring strong and effective shortlisting.
Functions relevant to HOSPA include: Finance, IT (Permanent, Contract and Interim) and Revenue Management. Other disciplines covered include Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Call Centre, Spa, Property & Construction, Asset Management and Executive Culinary.
Typically, Portfolio and PSD work at Corporate and regional level on Chairman, NED, CEO, COO, MD, VP, Director assignments and at Property level on General Manager and Functional Head/Management roles. In addition to Executive Search. Advertising Selection and Contingency Solutions, we offer Contract and Interim Recruitment in Finance and IT.
